Electronic Consent Agreement

Your consent to receive electronic communications and disclosures.

1. Scope of This Agreement

This Electronic Consent Agreement ("E-Consent") applies to all electronic communications, notices, disclosures, agreements, and other documents ("Electronic Records") provided to you by 12monthsloansbadcredit.com and by participating lenders in connection with your loan request and any resulting loan agreement.

2. Your Consent to Electronic Communications

By submitting a loan request, you expressly consent to:

  • Receive all disclosures, agreements, notices, and communications electronically
  • Receive loan agreements and related documents in electronic form
  • Execute agreements electronically using your electronic signature
  • Receive all required legal disclosures electronically, including Truth in Lending disclosures
  • Receive marketing communications via email, SMS, and other electronic means
  • Be contacted by automated telephone dialing systems and pre-recorded messages

3. Hardware and Software Requirements

To access and retain Electronic Records, you will need:

  • A computer, smartphone, or other device with internet access
  • A current web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, or similar)
  • A valid email address that you can access regularly
  • Software capable of opening PDF documents (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Reader)
  • Sufficient storage space to save electronic documents

4. Right to Withdraw Consent

You have the right to withdraw this consent at any time. To withdraw consent, contact us at 12monthsloansbadcredit@maillin.me or call 1-800-555-0192. Please be aware that withdrawing consent may prevent us from providing services to you. Withdrawal does not affect the legal validity of Electronic Records previously provided.

5. Requesting Paper Copies

You have the right to request paper copies of any Electronic Records. Contact us at 12monthsloansbadcredit@maillin.me or call 1-800-555-0192. Paper copies will be mailed to the address on file within 10 business days.

6. Electronic Signatures

You agree that your electronic signature on any document has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature. Electronic signatures comply with the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN Act) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA).

7. Governing Law

This E-Consent Agreement is governed by the ESIGN Act (15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq.), the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA), and applicable state law.
